Onics‘ Jesper Hæe celebrates 20 years at the company

This month, our Senior Solutions Architect Jesper Hæe celebrated 20 years at Onics. Jesper started as a young R&D engineer at our parent company Develco working on various embedded software projects.

Early member of Zigbee Alliance

Soon after joining Develco, Jesper started working on the first Zigbee projects and became an early member of the Zigbee Alliance (today Connectivity Standards Alliance) where he participated in the early standardization, specification, and interoperability testing of both Zigbee home automation and Zigbee smart energy.

Responsible for seamless integration of our services

When Develco Products was founded in 2007, Jesper quickly joined the new company and stayed on all the way through the transition to Onics. Over the years, he has worked on almost all of Onics’ devices, including gateways, sensors, alarms, smart plugs, meter interfaces, and software services.

Today, Jesper is a Senior Solutions Architect and product manager working closely with our partners and customers to ensure that all devices, edge, and cloud applications work together seamlessly.

We are delighted to have Jesper on our team and look forward to many more years of working together.
